I gOt intO real estate business at NP. it was the Onli cOurse of my 12 choices which is higher than my scOre. nO One encOuraged me. everyOne was saying tat the current real estate market isnt gOod.


i went tO the career fair. spOke tO One Of the representative Of PrOpnex with 10 yrs of experience. he said smth which i agreed. when e economy is gOod, ppl change small hses tO big Ones. On the Other hand, when e ecOnOmy is pOor, they change their big hses tO small Ones. isnt it lOgical? sO ther is always a market fOr real estate business.



aft being discOuraged by the ppl arOund me, i was cOnfused On whether i shd appeal fOr Marketing Or tO stick with REB. i thOt tO myself, appeal first and see wad course im fated tO get in. but in e end aft appealing at NYP, i decided nOt tO gO TP tO appeal. I WANT TO GET A DIP IN REB.


btw, ther is smth i have tO highlight, getting a dip. in real estate business dOesnt mean we will Or have tO becOme a prOperty agent. we have tO get a license befOre being an agent. hOwever, having this dip. cert, we can be mOre than just an agent. hOwever, i've planned tO get the license upOn graduatiOn and wOrk as an agent fOr sOme experience.


im glad tat Peiyi's mOther is suppOrting me! my parents were like '' decide On ur Own. happy can liaO.'' but i nOe tat they jus listen tO ppl arOund them, dip in REB wil get me tO nO wher. hard tO excel. but if this cOurse is useless, why dOes e MOE start this cOurse which is quite new? e gOvt isnt tat stupid rite? n the cut Off pts r getting lOwer!



i will nOt regret making this chOice. i've decided On wad i wanna achieve. i'll dO wad i wanna dO. i will nOt let Others influence my thinking.



i got tricked many times by my colleague while having supper. many ppl think tat im gullible and innocent, easy tO trick. but i jus cant learn my lessons. i'll jus believe. i wondered y im like tat, but this is me. i'd tried tO be mOre agile. but i still get cheated. whO likes tO get cheating anyway?
