Happy New Year!
It's 2008 and I'll be another year Older, Wiser and Happier.
This will be a good start for me and everyone.
This year i shall not list down the many resolutions which are so unrealistic and not determined to fulfill.
The very ONE resolution that I post for this year would be to get him out of my mind.

End Of Common Test
Finally finished my Common Test yesterday!
Together with Kenneth, Yee Seng, Hong Yi, Jing Zhi and Amanda, I went Prawn'ing' at Sin Ming area.
This was our first time except for Amanda. We spent 60 Bucks on 2 rods for 3 hours. It was fun!
We caught 32 prawns and even got to barbeque them even though the weather was not encouraging.
I was so happy yesterday as it was like so long since the Notsofunnians had an outing though not everyone was there.
We met up with Leon to have dinner too! Can you imagine?! After stinking and we went home to have a quick shower and met at town again?! except Kenneth though.. Really thought that he will join us....

加油for Common Tests!
Today's the first day of our Common Test.
Project Management (PJM) , our first paper.
I've changed my study mode.
Got to know that I'm a "Visual" learner from a test that Mrs Tan, Our PVL Lecturer gave us.
So from a very long winded way of studying ( read and highlight, write notes, read and highlight again), I changed to " JUST READ"
This is a great risk but i have tested it out On my past 2 PJM quizes.
First One was great but second One was not very satisfactory.
NEVER MIND.

Tomorrow's PVL....
All the calculations..
All my careless mistakes, I must conquer!

Determined
I am in the process of getting over you.
Yes, I am going to relieve myself from all the goo-goo-ga-ga and misery that I've got by having this very soft spot for you.
Why you?
Why do I fall for you and not anyone else especially those that treats me better than you?
These questions, I do not have an answer.
I was asked why must i fred over you?
This, i have a direct answer without hesitation.
" Because i like you"
I like you that's why I am so affected by every thing you said and did.
However, falling for someone is equivalent to giving him the power to hurt you.
This, i agreed since long time ago.
However, why did I still allow this to happen?
I have realised that there is really no point holding on.
I will free myself.

Amanda's LOvely 18th Birthday!
The Notsofunnians celebrated Amanda's 18th Birthday at Vivo City Marche On the 19th thOugh her Birthday falls on the 18th Oct. HAHA.
But anyway, everyOne was present except fOr our busy Magnum girl, Serena. HAHA. Kai Lin and Wei Hung went tOo! We have not seen each Other fOr quite sOme time!
We went Pet Safari after dinner and I saw One Of my favOurite dOg, CHOW CHOW! I saw 2 Of them. One is small which is On sale while the big One belOngs tO sOmeOne. I tOuched it and it was sO cute! But Of cause, it is nOt cheap. I gOt tO learn abOut the selling price from it's Owner whO tOld me that it was 2.4 K! More expensive than a small Gold Retriever! But it's pOssible tO bargain thOugh.
SO DEAR FRIENDS, DO SAVE UP TO BUY ME EITHER A CHOW CHOW OR GOLDEN RETRIEVER ON THE DAY OF MY WEDDING PLEASE. I would love to keep a dOg in future!

While DeeVolUMe was a wonderful and united team.
It was really a very pleasant and meaningful Service- Learning trip.
I'm looking forward to deeper and stronger friendships with my team
and I hope that we would not disperse after the post trip events.

Service- Learning At Chiang Mai, Ban Pha Mon
Finally got all the pictures that we had taken at Chiang Mai during our 10 days stay at the Thai Youth Hostel in the city and in the Village of Ban Pha Mon where the Hmongs live.
My team and i used to call ourselves "The Villagers17" as we used to have 17 members. However, due to some reasons we are left with 15 and our very own blog has to be put up to show the people out there! Thus we have changed our URL and Team name to " DeeVolUMe".
"Dee" refers to good in Thai while "Vol" represents volunteerism, U and Me! This was coined by Ebellia.
